Redux

For some reason he can't hit, steal or bunt, things he excelled at until this series, but damn Johnny Damon can run! I'm too tired to type it all after watching 35 innings of increasingly nerve wracking baseball since Saturday (I can't even imagine how the players feel) so go here to check out the story. OMG!!

Y'know, they asked Stephen King, during Game 3 how he'd write the ending and his response included a bases loaded. walk-off homerun by David Ortiz in the bottom of the ninth. Well, the bases weren't loaded and the bottom of the twelfth is a lot more nerve wracking than the bottom of the ninth, but the David Ortiz, homerun and happy ending were all there.
One more game at least.

Oh yeah, the funniest thing I'd seen in this series so far was also Game 3 when Alex Rodriguez hit a homer over the wall and into the street and it was thrown back. That was until tonight, same thing except when it was thrown back Johnny Damon picked it up, threw it back out of the park and it was thrown back again. Someone outside Fenway likes ARod just as much as I do.

So after all this time that had nil knitting content, I did knit insanely from about the ninth onward, but it's too dark to take picture and I'm too sleepy to even find the camera, so that's later.

Off to bed, Game 5 starts in a mere 15 hours and I'm only watching the thing. Y'all have a good rest of the night, morning, whatever.
